Introduction to the Course

Managers are expected to realize the goals of the organisation by achieving outstanding performance in their organisational unit, they are constantly under pressure to deal effectively with current business environment. Therefore they need a strong focus on what really matters to improve the performance of the organisation and make it high performing organisation. This course will equip students with right knowledge, skills and attitude to convert an organisation into high performing organisation.

 

Course Objectives

  1. Create a plan to eradicate the barriers to high performance in a business unit.
  2. Identify, replicate, and nurture high-performance behaviors and workgroups throughout the organization.
  3. To understand the dynamics of different processes and its impact on  organizational performance
  4. Develop a structured approach to preparing for and thinking about negotiations and everyday influence situations.
