Introduction to the Course
This course provides an opportunity for students to understand basic concept of e-Commerce Store front where one needs to know how to set up infrastructure for an e-Commerce Website. This course would introduce students to managing catalogs, assets, creating marking and promotions, managing price and price rules.
Under this course the fundamental concepts in eCommerce related to Order Management, Procurement, Omni Channel Marketing will be covered along with Industry case studies.
Course Objectives
Students would learn to create a structured outline of an ecommerce entity. Students should be get some hands on insight using a demo environment which would provide detail exposure using IBM technology stack.

- Understanding of
e-Commerce processes , should have completed IBM CE Foundation Course in
eCommerce

Operations Management & Supply Chain Management
